Resource plan timescale select from the database

hi,

i want to make a query of the project databse.
In the frontend i can create a ressource plan with the timescale (day, month,...)
Know I want to select the resource plans and the associated timescales. But i can't find the timescales in the database.

Could s.o. give me a hint in which database I have to look?
